01Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or termination of your account.

03Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bet66 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support multiple deposit methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and local bank transfers.

Deposit:

• Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation being received from the payment provider.

• All deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source in the member's own name.

Withdrawal:

• Bet66 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to ensure transaction security.

04Bonuses & Promotions

Bet66 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that are clearly stated before any offer is accepted.

05Game Rules

All games available on the bet66 platform — including slots, casino, Live Casino, and Sports Betting — are subject to their respective game rules. Members are required to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before starting a session.

• All game results are final once the round or bet has been fully processed.
• In the event of a technical error or system disruption during play, bet66 will resolve the matter fairly based on available game data.
• Bets placed during a known technical disruption are void and will not be processed.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are stated within that game's interface.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any non-manual method of play is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or are streamed live from licensed casino studios. Fairness and transparency are at the core of bet66's operations.

06Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bet66 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

If your account is terminated for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance after relevant deductions will be returned to you using your verified payment method, subject to any necessary investigation.

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

09Liability Limits

The bet66 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, we cannot guarantee the absence of technical disruptions, server issues, or problems beyond our control.

• Bet66 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform.

• Bet66's total liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the preceding 12 months.

10Terms Amendment

Your continued use of the bet66 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you should discontinue use of the platform and may request closure of your account.
